OML the things about this, I tell ya. This is just burnout never given relief to me !

I hear you on the burnout piece of it. Pushing our bodies to the brink

The line about a practitioner telling you 'maybe your body wants to bleed like this' after years of anemia hit me harder than the whole list of twenty contradictions combined, it read less like uncertainty to me and more like a shrug being handed to you and called care. Reading all twenty side by side, none of them canceling the others out, landed for me as exactly what that kind of search for an answer feels like, even from the outside.

Thank you for that. That line was the enough is enough moment for me and spurred me forward to find answers. So in a way it was a good thing. But it was still terrible to experience!

For me so far it's all about bones. I've started to lift some weight and I train a few times a week with a group of other women that are there also to make their bones stronger.

I eat meat (at least every 2 days), I take vitamins , I try to sleep (this is another thing I'm struggling with )

What else? The doctor said to wait a few years until it's absolutely necessary to take the hormonal substitutes. All we can do is try to be happy , force a smile every day and praying we'll find joy , when our mind is playing tricks on us :)

That's a great attitude to have :) I also work out with weights and I'm feeling good! Yes, we're all in this together. Thanks for commenting
