Here is How to Feel Powerful and Confident as a Sensitive Empath

As a sensitive empath, you’ve spent your whole life feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Here is my process that I use with myself and my clients to help step into your power, remember who you are and express your true creativity. 

 

  1. Tap into the True Power of Self-Awareness. This goes beyond journaling and reading books about self-help (and lets be honest, a lot of them are unread on your shelf, amiright? No judgement!). True Self-Awareness is a process of remembering who you are. It means you tap into the reservoir of inner confidence and guidance that you’re looking for.

  2. Tap into the True Power of Self-Acceptance. This goes beyond forgiveness techniques and letting things go and wanting to be “high vibe.” Acceptance is a process with ever evolving layers. It’s not a one and done. It takes bravery and presence to be able to face what needs to be faced and move into a new way of seeing yourself, as you truly are. 

  3. Tap into the True Power of Connection. Life is about interaction, connection and relationship--with self, others and the world. When we are disconnected, we become anxious, unsure and overwhelmed. Once again this is a process that involves being present with yourself and getting to know your true self. It involves giving yourself the time and grace and whatever you need, not where your ego wants you to be.
